1. Do you provide single subject subscription?

Ans: No. But, you can subscribe to any 3 subjects with Make Your Own Plan.

2. Do you provide Year wise/Proff wise subscriptions?

Ans: Yes, we provide Year wise subscription for 1st Year (DOC B) and 2nd Year subjects (DOC D)

3. Do you provide T&D subscriptions only?

Ans: No, we do not provide only T&D subscriptions. You can get access to T&D videos by accessing any Plan with video access.

4. Possibility of taking only Hard copy notes / selected subject notes?

Ans: You can avail hardcopy notes of selected subjects by subscribing to Make Your Own Plan, DOC B, DOC D or PG Power Pack and adding notes to your basket.

5. Are Demo videos available for all 19 subjects?

Ans: Yes, 3-4 of our best videos will be available in app under free videos section.

6. Do you provide Free trial of the App?

Ans: Yes, we provide free trial of our App. Kindly get in touch with our customer care executive to begin your free trial.

7. Do you provide subscription to only Grand Tests?

Ans: No, Grand tests will be available for all students subscribing to a Plan which include Test Series.

8. Can I use my subscription in two devices at once?

Ans: You can use DocTutorials simultaneously on your Phone/Tablet and Desktop. You will not be able to use the App simultaneously on Phone and Tablet at once. Please note that our videos will not be available on the website.

9. Can I get the PDF Copy of notes for preparation?

Ans: Softcopy of notes are available on the App in the individual Video page. We do not share PDF copies. You can purchase Hardcopy notes from the Plans page.

10. Is the syllabus of video lectures same or different for NEET PG & FMGE?

Ans: Please note that our videos will not be available on the website.

11. Are the Test Series same or different for NEET PG & FMGE?

Ans: The Test Series for FMGE & NEET PG are different. The MCQs, format and type of questions are completely customised and unique for both the courses.

12. Do you provide offline classes?

Ans: We do provide offline classes for NEET PG at selected locations namely Delhi, Hyderabad, Calicut and Trivandrum.

13. What are System Based Integrated Tests?

Ans: These are tests covering questions from all the subjects in each individual system in the human body. For example, Respiratory system, Cardiovascular system, etc.

14. Can I Pay the subscription amount in EMI?

Ans: Yes. We provide EMI through credit card.

17. What is the renewal policy?

Ans: 

Renewal Duration

Start date: 90 days before the plan is expired

End date: Within 7 days from the date of expiration

Discount: 5% extra discount

 Note:

 1. You can apply the renewal discount to your current subscribed plan or any higher-value plan.

 2. The extra renewal discount is only applicable during the specified “Renewal Duration” and cannot be availed before or after this period.

 3. DocTutorials reserves the right to modify the renewal policy without prior notice when deemed necessary.

18. What is the plan upgrade policy?

Ans: Customers are permitted to upgrade to any higher-tiered subscription plans as deemed necessary for their requirements. Requests for upgrades should be directed to our customer care team for prompt assistance. It is essential to note that no renewal discounts will be applicable to plan upgrades.

1. Why did my account get deleted?

Ans: If you have taken any screenshot, your account will be deleted automatically. Please get in touch with our customer care executive to resolve the issue.

2. Are hard copy notes available?

Ans: We will be launching our Hardcopy notes very soon. Soft copy notes are available on the App in videos section.

3. Can we download the softcopy notes?

Ans: Soft copy notes will available in the app along with videos. You cannot download the notes on your phone

4. Can we select 2 super specialities in SS NEET+INI COMBO plan?

Ans: You can select maximum 1 Super Speciality in the Combo Plan.

5. Any free test available in the app?

Ans: No. You have to be a subscriber to access the Tests.

6. How many hours of videos can be streamed per day?

Ans: Any number of hours of videos can be streamed per day.

7. How many hours of videos will be available in medical and surgical group?

Ans:  In Medical Group there are 300+ Hours of Video Lectures & in Surgical Group there are 200+ Hours of Video Lectures.

8. Can I play the videos on Laptop/Desktop?

Ans: No. You cannot view videos on Laptop/Desktop. You can solve Qbank and Test Series on Laptop/Desktop.

Ans: Hard copy are not available for FMGE packages for now. We are launching them soon.

4. Is the syllabus of video lectures same or different for NEET PG & FMGE?

5. Do you Conduct any live session/discussion with the Faculty before exams?

Ans: Yes, we conduct live sessions on Zoom and YouTube channel of DocTutorials before exams. We conduct motivation sessions, revision sessions and PYQ sessions as per our schedule.

6. Where should I get the update regarding QRP Videos?

Ans: You can get updates regarding our content via App notifications, our WhatsApp groups OR our social media handles (Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Facebook)

7. Can I get the PDF Copy of notes for preparation?
