Candidates should submit originals and two photocopies of the following documents: NEET PG admit card, rank card, MBBS degree and CRRI certificate, medical registration and Karnataka domicile/study certificate, caste/income certificate, PwD certificate, rural service certificate, photographs, and fee receipts.
